2026-09-02 17:24:27

The T5018 telehandler has completed all the manufacturing work in the factory and has been officially arranged for shipment.

The T5018 telehandler will be delivered to Trinidad and Tobago. The customer’s equipment can be optionally equipped with a propeller, hydraulic hammer, aerial work platform, agricultural bucket + wear-resistant plate, four-in-one bucket, and mixing bucket.

From workshop manufacturing to final shipment, this order has completed the full overseas equipment delivery process. We have also recorded the whole delivery process. Next, we will take you through the whole process of this batch of equipment from workshop assembly, factory inspection, to container shipment.

Production and Whole-Machine Assembly

The telehandlers in this batch of orders have been assembled in our own production workshop. Production begins with the assembly of the main frame and chassis, followed by the assembly and connection of the telescopic boom. The staff then completes the layout of hydraulic pipelines and the installation of power and transmission parts.

After the connection between the cab and the vehicle wiring harness is completed, the equipment enters the final stage of whole-machine assembly and debugging.

Factory Inspection Before Delivery

Each machine will be tested on-site before delivery to confirm the operating status of the whole machine. The staff starts the engine, checks the power output, conducts load tests on the hydraulic system, and repeatedly operates the telescopic boom for extension and retraction, as well as lifting, lowering, and other actions.

At the same time, the steering and braking system is tested in practice, the electrical wiring and safety protection devices are checked to ensure they are functioning normally, and a final review of the appearance, paint, and key connection parts of the equipment is carried out. After completing all the inspections and confirming that it meets the factory requirements, the equipment will officially enter the shipment preparation stage.

Packing and Shipping

Before shipment, the paint surface, hoses, and other parts that are prone to collision of the equipment are properly protected. The factory area prepares the sea container in advance, uses lifting equipment to smoothly move the telehandler into the container, and adjusts the position of the equipment according to the loading space to make room for subsequent fixing.

After the equipment is in place, straps and fixtures are used to secure the machine, to reduce the risk of displacement and collision during ocean transportation. After completing all the securing inspections, the equipment is sealed and waiting for departure.

This order was completed according to the planned schedule. From production, assembly, and testing to packing and shipping, all stages were smoothly completed.
